What service do I offer?
Let the neck be free ...... Alexander On The Hoof offers a course of individual lessons in Alexander Technique over a period of approximately 4 weeks at your venue. In addition to providing my own accommodation I bring with me a fully equipped teaching studio in the form of a 5 meter diameter Yurt in which the lessons take place. The Yurt is beautifully made and decorated, it is light airy and warm in the winter and provides a really delightful and calm space in which to work. Soon after arriving and setting up - an introductory talk and practical demonstration is given to a group of your pupils, friends and colleagues - this covers a brief outline of The Alexander Technique itself - and of its particular application to riding. The talk will conclude with a question and answer session and an outline of the programme available for the rest of the month. This talk can be repeated on another evening to give everyone a chance to attend. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
